Comfortable bed, helpful staff, with the front desk lady Chikara being very nice and energetic, adding value to our stay with her assistance in retrieving forgotten items and enjoying free coffee in the morning.

great stay but limited breakfast options
The suite offered impressive space, providing a comfortable setting for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel had a well-equipped kitchen, which was beneficial for preparing our own meals during our stay.
While the hotel was comfortable, the breakfast selection could use improvement.

We enjoyed the spacious Studio Suite with Two Queen Beds that made traveling with our kids a breeze. The major highlight was Craft on Draft down the street, equipped with 35 HDTVs for watching all our favorite sports alongside delicious food. My brother joined us, making it even better.
In my children's opinion, they wished the washcloths and towels were delivered faster during our stay. It took several hours to get them, which interrupted our routine.

I really loved how cozy the room was, and the kitchen came in handy for making late-night snacks. Plus, the gym and that soothing hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the room, but it didn’t ruin the fun! 😊

I truly appreciated the clean, spacious King Studio Suite that made my stay comfortable. The staff were genuinely friendly, assisting me with my luggage, and the free coffee in the lobby was a delightful perk each morning.
More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

I stayed in the King Studio Suite for one night. The bed was super comfortable, definitely one of the best sleeps I've had. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean. I appreciated the free coffee available in the morning. However, there were a few issues. The check-in wait was too long. I arrived a bit early and ended up waiting over an hour past the check-in time. That felt frustrating. The shower floor was dangerously slippery after use, and the A/C wasn’t keeping the room cool enough. The desk chair was pretty worn out. it could use a replacement. Despite these inconveniences, I enjoyed the cozy feel of the room and the cleanliness overall. The staff were friendly, which helped balance the less pleasant aspects of my stay.

The hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing all necessary information. However, the reservation situation was chaotic, with staff calling unexpectedly about check-out times. A lack of staff at checkout also caused some frustration. Overall, the stay met my basic needs with its location near many good restaurants.

missingWrote a review on May 10kitchenette conveniencefree coffeeclean utensilswindow coverage
The kitchenette setup had all the basics for cooking, including clean utensils, making it convenient for meal prep. Also, the pantry’s free coffee was a nice touch, adding a bit of comfort during downtime.
Window coverage in the room left much to be desired, with curtains that barely shut properly—had to improvise with a hair clip. Trash collection seemed slow, and I was thrown off by noisy guests at 3 a.m., disrupting sleep. Also, I noticed my room lacked sufficient supplies during my stay, like towels and toiletries, which I expected to be topped up without needing to ask. The presence of stains on the floor made for an unflattering impression, and one of the carts for luggage was in disrepair. Slippery tubs were an accident waiting to happen, as I nearly lost my footing during a shower.
